This has been an exciting year for our Traffix team. Our wonderful team went above and beyond in 2018. Their hard work was noticed not just by our head office, but also by a number of our clients.
In June this year, we were honored to support the LGBTQ+ community by participating in the Toronto’s annual Pride parade. One of our dedicated truck drivers helped move the parade along by pulling one of the colorful floats.
Also in June, Traffix’s Managing Partner, Mark Southey, was recognized for his hard work. At the TMSA Logistics Marketing and Sales Conference, Mark was presented with the 2018 TMSA Sales Executive of the Year award. We are incredibly proud of Mark’s passion to lead, train, and support his team. He has been instrumental to the success of Traffix this year!
In August of this year, Food Logistics named Traffix on its 2018 Top 3PL & Cold Storage Providers list. We have always had a large focus on the food and beverage industry, and we were honored to have our dedication to moving time-sensitive products recognized.
Our CEO, Chuck Snow, attended the CMC Live, an annual trucking business conference event in Iowa, where he was a guest speaker in September. The event was a great opportunity to give back to the trucking community and meet up with old friends!
November was a busy and exciting month for us here at Traffix. Members of our team traveled to Nashville, Tennessee to attend an event for the National Association of Small Trucking Companies. Traffix was proud to sponsor the NASTC Driver of the Year award and honor drivers that have logged 1.5 - 5 million accident-free miles!
In November, we were also honored to win the prestigious Meritor 2018 Truckload Carrier of the Year award. We’re extremely proud of our team for working so hard to deliver exceptional service to our client Meritor.
Traffix wants to thank all of our employees, clients and those that support us, for making 2018 a wonderful year. Every year we’re blown away by how much dedication and hard work our team puts in. We were excited that our team was recognized for their hard work multiple times this year and hope to carry that into the New Year. We can’t wait to see what 2019 has to offer!
